A group of 25 Christian refugees from Iraq originally housed in Okrouhlik near Jihlava are leaving for Germany. Czech Television reported this on Saturday. The Iraqis have refused asylum in the Czech Republic. Martin Frýdl, spokesman for the Generation 21 Foundation, which has organized the resettlement of 89 Iraqi Christians to the Czech Republic, said earlier that he did not know why the group did not want to stay in the Czech Republic.
