Accommodation from the “travel agency” Invia
The accommodation we booked and paid to Invia looked diametrically different than the original offer on the website. There was a dried up gob on the ceiling in the room, the shower was by the toilet bowl instead of the paper. I won’t go into the complaint, it was a classic scheme, the delegate referred us to Invia, the agency referred us to the original tour company and the agency referred us to the local delegate for a change. With the caveat that he was responsible for the accommodation. We didn’t manage to find out who “he” was until the end of our stay.
