Czechs want to teach Slovaks to invest in real estate. A new crowdfunding platform enters our market
The platform wants to attack the 230 million euro invested threshold in Slovakia already this year, which would earn Slovaks an annual appreciation of more than 21 million euros. Investown, a new crowdfunding platform focused on investing in real estate, is entering the Slovak market. It allows ordinary people to financially support new development projects and at the same time to value their money. The platform, launched in 2021, was the first to be licensed by the Czech National Bank and has earned more than six million euros for its 80 thousand investors.
