Jaroslav Kmenta, a journalist for the magazine Reporter, has been under pressure from the General Inspectorate of Security Forces (GIBS) for his articles on the IKEM case. The investigative journalist was threatened with a fine and the confiscation of documents. Kmenta refused the challenge and Robert Čásenský, editor-in-chief of the magazine Reporter, wrote an open letter to GIBS director Vít Hendrych on Thursday. He sent a copy of it to Prime Minister Petr Fiala (ODS).
