Parody of the judgment: the High Court ignored the verdict of the Constitutional Court and banned Greenpeace from criticizing ČEZ again
The High Court in Prague has again ordered a preliminary injunction prohibiting Greenpeace from disseminating a parody advertisement by ČEZ, despite the fact that this injunction was overturned in April of this year by a ruling of the Constitutional Court. The Court ruled that the interim measure in favour of CEZ violated the right to a fair trial and the right to freedom of expression. Greenpeace will defend itself against the new interim measure with another constitutional complaint.
