Tatra 87 – One of the most beautiful Czechoslovak cars
When I started writing about cars, the Tatra 87 was such an icon of the past that I used to see in museums and photos. Now I can get to know it up close and personal, and see if it’s one of those dream cars that’s better not to see in real life. I know that sometimes we have no reason to be proud of our state. It’s just that when you get up close to something sensational, like the top of Jested to that amazing hotel and transmitter, or when you read about the origins of contact lenses, you think to yourself that we’re not so vain.
