Thirty-two-year-old Tomáš Láznička, a chimney sweep who, according to the indictment, brutally murdered a senior citizen in Písnice, Prague, last November, appeared before the Municipal Court in Prague on Monday. After the crime, he took two thousand crowns from her. The man claims that the customer started shouting at him while paying. The prosecutor is proposing 17 years in prison for her murder.
