How quickly can medics be on the ground and where exactly will they operate? “If it is something we have prepared, we are able to respond quite flexibly and quickly. I don’t think there is a problem of speed with the soldiers, as long as there is political will,” Karel Rehka, the army’s chief of staff, said in an interview with RFA.
