Six EU countries at Putin’s inauguration? They should give an explanation, it sounds from Brussels
European Union countries that decided to send representatives to Tuesday’s inauguration of re-elected Russian President Vladimir Putin should provide an explanation, according to EU diplomatic spokesman Peter Stan. The EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell has previously advised member states not to send representatives to Vladimir Putin’s reinstatement.
