The former director of the State Institute for Drug Control has had her first success in fighting the way she lost her job. As the editors have verified, the Municipal Court in Prague has upheld her lawsuit. The instance overturned the decision of the Chief Secretary of State who had rubber stamped the termination of her service. The former director was dismissed from her post by Health Minister Vlastimil Válek (TOP 09).
