The dispute between the Czech Republic and Diag Human continues. Seznam Zprávy has discovered the next steps of the company, which has been suing for years over a thwarted blood plasma deal. Diag Human, which won an international investment arbitration with the Czech Republic this spring after years of litigation, has hired a company specializing in, among other things, recovering amounts owed. A London court this May ordered the Czech Republic to pay Diag Human CZK 15.5 billion for a botched blood plasma deal in the 1990s.
