The Czech Republic is an incredibly medically backward country and this is doubly true for dentists, says Roman Šmucler, head of the Czech Dental Chamber, in an interview with Lidovky.cz. If properly performed, he says, a dentist can detect cancer or prevent heart attacks or kidney failure.
