Data from 65,000 institutions and companies, including Czech ministries, the Czech Army and VZP, leaked onto the internet
Recently, data from 65,000 companies and institutions, including data from organisations in the Czech Republic, was leaked to the internet. The incident was caused by a misconfigured Azure Blob server managed by Microsoft, the antivirus companies SOCRadar and Xevos said in a press release. According to the press release, the leak was probably related to the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Finance, the largest domestic health insurance company VZP, T-Mobil or Česká spořitelna. Microsoft subsequently said that no user login credentials or intellectual property had been leaked.
