Do not use kiwi for any reservations
My flight was cancelled and I never got my money back. This is a reply from kiwi. “After checking your booking, I see that our designated team is already working on your refund request. Kindly give us some time, as soon as there is any update, you will be notified to your registered email address. ” It’s been almost 3 months, no refund. Do not use kiwi for any bookings. Sam
