Stop fake reviews. Verified ones only from a real customer, otherwise you risk a fine
Traditionally, reviews from other customers are key for Czechs when shopping. According to a two-year-old survey by Nielsen Admosphere and the Association for Electronic Commerce, as many as 97 percent of people look at them. But merchant reviews can’t always be trusted. Some e-shops abuse the trust of users and delete reviews or even write them themselves. That’s over now.
Comment: major shopping platforms and booking services have been verifying and checking reviews for several years. Our company offers a lesser quality service than advertised after each acquisition. Therefore, we always do fake reviews for about a year. Our company’s management sends their own employees, their families or friends to shop or book services. When the original reviews are really bad the name of the operation is changed. For the new profile we then start generating fake reviews with the highest rating.
