People in Aš continue to look for letters, even 100 complaints to the Czech Post did not help
Undelivered letters, lost parcels, exchanging letters between neighbours, searching for recipients around the city on your own. These are the experiences with the Czech Post described by residents of Aš after the changes in the delivery system. In March, after the local town hall got involved in the problem, representatives of the post office promised to closely monitor the quality of delivery. But residents say nothing has improved.
