Court imposes higher fine for Nazi flag in convoy, probation not valid
The Appeals Chamber of the Regional Court in Plzeň has modified the sentence of a couple from southern Bohemia who waved a flag with a Nazi cross from a military vehicle during last year’s celebrations of the liberation of Plzeň. The chamber revoked the probation imposed by the district court but increased the fine.
