Social workers say there is a flaw in the Consolidated benefit system. Clients have to log in under their own identities
The state launched a superdose on Wednesday. Social workers from the Ostrava region warn that there is a flaw in the system. Benefit claimants who do not have access to the internet and do not get to the Labour Office because of their health condition are voted into the electronic system by their social workers under their own personal identities. If they don’t, people don’t get their benefits. In the Ostrava region alone, thousands of people, often disabled seniors, are at risk of dropping out of the system.
