Penta co-founder Haščák accused of setting up a criminal group
Slovak police have charged Jaroslav Haščák, co-founder of Penta Investments, with establishing and supporting a criminal group and with laundering the proceeds of crime, Startitup reports. Along with Haščák, six other people have been charged, including former economy minister Jiří Malchárek and former chairwoman of the executive committee of the National Property Fund Anna Bubeníková.
