Cardinal Duka failed at the Constitutional Court
The Constitutional Court rejected the complaint of Cardinal Dominik Duka and lawyer Ronald Němec. Both wanted an apology from the Centre for Experimental Theatre (CED) and the National Theatre Brno for allegedly interfering with their personal rights. The lawsuit concerned the performance of director Oliver Frljić’s plays The Curse and Our Violence and Your Violence at the Theatre World show in May 2018.
