Ceiling collapsed in a hotel in Čeladná, two people were rescued by firefighters
Rescuers, firefighters and police officers intervened in Čeladná in the Frýdek-Místek region, where the ceiling of the Zámeček Hotel collapsed. Three people were injured at the scene. They ended up in hospital in Frýdek-Místek with moderate injuries. The debris overwhelmed two people who had to be rescued by firefighters. There were 20 people in the hotel at the time of the collapse. A cynologist was called to the scene, but his dogs did not find any more people in the rubble. The mayor of the village has already arranged alternative accommodation for the evacuees.
