City police caught a thief stealing stockings in Bratislava. She handed him over to the state, he escaped
Bratislava city police officers arrested a thief who broke into a ladies’ hosiery shop on Gorkého Street in Bratislava on Tuesday night. The man was subsequently handed over to the state police, but escaped from the police station. Police received a report of an unknown man who wanted to break into one of the shops on Gorkého Street less than an hour after midnight. Upon arriving at the scene, patrol officers noticed the front door pried open and movement inside the store. She therefore requested reinforcements.
