Is the democratic Czechia a luxurious pension for retired Aestebians, where people who sacrificed their personal freedom, their professions, their privacy for this country are thanked and given a place by the ash tray? The legal continuity with the pre-Lisbon regime had absolutely perverse consequences, including the fact that the same judge who sent a man to prison years ago “rehabilitated” him after November, and gave him a residual sentence to boot. When we wrote about one such judge, JUDGE Alois Klar, as a pig, we were prosecuted for assaulting a public official.
