Interior Minister Ivan Langer confirms shooting at BIS building

Czech Interior Minister Ivan Langer (ODS) commented on the shooting at the counter-intelligence building in the Stodůlky district of Prague 13 after the Chamber of Deputies adjourned for the day when the ČSSD club met. The shell of the building was hit by a bullet from an as yet unidentified weapon,” Langer said. He added that the shooting took place while the parliamentary commission for the control of the BIS was meeting in the building. It was looking into a leak of information from the secret service that was supposed to have occurred three years ago.
