The bankrupt company Malina managed to return money to 77 customers. But the bankruptcy trustee is recovering it
77 customers of the bankrupt Malina salt holding company are at risk of having to pay hundreds of thousands of crowns again. The company was paying them back because it failed to install a solar power plant or heat pump. For them, on the other hand, this is significantly bad news. When Malina’s remaining assets are finally distributed, the creditors will receive no more than 15 to 20 percent of their claims, according to an estimate by Malina’s crisis manager Lukáš Uhl. Thus, out of hundreds of thousands, at most tens of thousands of crowns will be received.
