Constitutional Court defends man who compared factory conditions to a concentration camp
The author of the videos, in which he compared the working conditions at the Prostejov company to a concentration camp and two workers, a man and a woman from the management team, to representatives of the prison administration, succeeded in his appeal to the Constitutional Court. The Court found the compensation of more than 200,000 CZK to be excessive. In his videos published on Youtube, Hanuš Keclík responded to an advertisement by Železárny-Annahütte in Prostějov offering him a job. He himself has never worked for the company, but only in the same field.
