Prosecutor opposes retrial in Kramný case, lawyer insists
The Regional Court in Ostrava has concluded the evidence in the retrial of Petr Kramný, who was sentenced in 2016 to 28 years in prison for the murder of his wife and daughter while on vacation in Egypt. Prosecutor Vít Legerský asked the court to dismiss the motion for retrial. Kramný has not presented any new evidence, he just keeps repeating his previous pleas, Legerský told the court.
