Jiří Hrabě, the director of Elpida, an organization that began teaching pensioners how to use computers twenty years ago, talks about the fear of rising prices, hunger and despair, but also about hope, creativity and a wide range of activities. Today, it educates and connects tens of thousands of seniors in many ways and also runs a crisis telephone line for them that receives 25,000 calls a year.
