The dispute between Zásilkovna and the Liberec depot is over. After a year of waiting for their shipments, customers do not want their compensation back
The problems began at the end of August last year, when Zásilkovna terminated the contract and ended its cooperation with the operator. According to the company, it subsequently prevented access to up to 30,000 parcels. After a year, the clients of Zásilkovna were able to receive the parcels that were stuck in a depot near Liberec last August due to a dispute between the logistics company and the private operator. The company’s spokeswoman Tereza Kotková told ČTK today. Last year, the parcel company already paid out several million crowns in refunds to clients and e-shops.The spokeswoman said that further damage caused is still being quantified.
