The officer accused in the death of a 24-year-old man in Březnice, Příbram region, last year has pleaded not guilty in court. He said he had no idea that the pepper gun he used could become a lethal weapon. He is sorry for the young man’s death. If convicted, the 33-year-old faces up to six years in prison for negligent homicide.
